ACS International Schools is looking for a Digital Content Creator to join their team to manage, develop and maintain primary ACS digital platforms. You will be part of a digital team responsible for developing devising, implementing and measurement of digital campaigns for the organisation and across all four schools. You will develop a robust social media strategy, ensuring compelling social campaigns and staying at the forefront of digital and social media trends and competitor activity.

Principal Accountabilities:
Develop, manage and implement inspirational digital programmes across the organisation
With Head of Brand, build digital presence, platforms, experiences and content, working with others where needed, to maximise engagement and conversion for ACS organisation, student enrolment, fundraising and staff recruitment goals
Implement digital initiatives in support of the organisation’s charitable status, offer and customer experience, including transactional improvements
Spearhead a best practice approach to social media across the organisation, manage social media policy and lead risk assessment and management
Develop social media strategy and plan supporting key business priorities
Plan and implement social media activity and participate in editorial meetings with Communications and Customer Experience Manager scheduling future content cross all platforms
Help maintain the organisation’s website to meet best practice, commercial and strategic goals and ensure it is a reliable and effective communication and recruitment channel
Create new website pages and support new marketing activities as required
Ensure content supports marketing campaigns, activities and events across online channels to support Marketing, Alumni/Fundraising, Admissions, and charitable partnerships, and HR

Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required:
Track record in managing digital and social media
Experience of managing digital development projects
Experience of managing sensitive issues on social media or experience of working within social media guidelines
Strong agency and supplier management experience
Good web developer skills and technical experience of platforms and technologies
Strong knowledge and use of CMS, Dropal preferred
SEO knowledge Knowledge of InDesign, Photoshop and/or Illustrator and intermediate video editing skills preferred Google Analytics experience Understanding of PPC and campaign planning
Good design skills and knowledge of Canva platform
Good communication, digital & copywriting skills
Good IT skills - Word, Excel and PowerPoint packages
